Crawford has been CrossFitting on and off since March 2010. He started CrossFit to help with his strength and speed for rugby. Crawford soon fell in love with CrossFit and started to get serious about training in the summer of 2011. While his focus is still on training to improve his rugby abilities, Crawford is seriously invested in the CrossFit philosophy and the benefits it has to offer. A big supporter of the Olympic lifts he loves a good bro session with plenty of snatches and clean and jerks. He loves the fact that CrossFit is a place for people to come together to consistently challenge themselves every day to be better. Progress comes in all shapes and in all forms and it can be slow or fast. But progress is still progress. Crawford look’s forward to coaching and helping everyone he connects with to make strides towards achieving their personal goals.
