We are delighted to introduce Pam as the founder and leader of College Hill CrossFit. Pam holds a degree in Exercise Science and has an extensive background in the fitness industry, having worked as a personal trainer, fitness facility manager, and even exploring a career in corporate America before realizing that her true passion lies in fitness.


Pam discovered that the CrossFit program was the most effective method for strength and fitness in her own journey, prompting her to open College Hill CrossFit. As a coach, Pam is known for her intense, attentive, and relentless approach. Her goal is to transform bodies, maximize fitness, and reshape lives into realms of strength, capability, power, and health, all within a supportive environment infused with a culture of possibility and achievement.


Pam's passion for fitness permeates every aspect of College Hill CrossFit—from the excellence of its programming and the quality of its coaching staff, to the work ethic of its members and meticulous attention to detail.
